Student Athlete Training
"Laceup & Grind" is sports training for student athletes through our
project LionHeart Laceup in collaboration with Coach Hatchett of the Dallas non-profit Team Grind. Weekend sessions take place at SandersFit Performance Center and on field at various Dallas colleges.
Open to both girls & boys, grades 7-12
- 1 group training session
- 2 hours long
- weekend sessions
