Group Training Package


Small Group Training is the personal training option that allows clients access to personalized dyanmic workouts with expert guidance of a trainer, while staying within budget. Add the commraderie of joint motivation and some friendly competition of sweating it out next to a couple others working towards the same goal. Squad!


The Group Training Package is best for those that would prefer a trainer multiple days a week to reach their specific set goals, but do not require 100% focused attention from their trainer and are people who feed off the energy of a group. Must play well with others. 




  • semi-private, small group training (3+ people)
  • 7 sessions
  • 1 hour long
  • Quick Start Nutrition Guide 
  • post-session recovery in the form of IASTM, percussive massage, or holistic stretching
  • packages must be completed within 2 months (60 days) of purchase



You will receive e-file download after purchase, detailing next steps such as any required equipment gear and info about starting program.
