The 5 Session Training Package is ideal for people wanting to throw a little heat on their fitness routine, and would like to train with one of our top personal trainers only once or twice a week.

  • Quick Start Nutrition Guide 
  • post-session recovery in the form of IASTM, percussive massage, or holistic stretching
  • packages must be completed within 2 months (60 days) of purchase
