This investment level of personal training is designed for clients ready to fully commit to achieving their health and body goals and would like a trainer to work with long-term. 


The 10 Session Training Package is ideal for those who have serious body goals in mind, an atheletic event to train for, or for those who need that 1:1 focussed push and accountability from their fitness coach while training several times per week. 




  • one-on-one personal training 
  • 10 sessions
  • 1 hour each
  • Quick Start Nutrition Guide 
  • post-session recovery in the form of IASTM, percussive massage, or holistic stretching
  • packages must be completed within 2 months (60 days) of purchase


You will receive e-file download after purchase, detailing next steps such as any required equipment gear and info about starting program.
